Thanks to this, the building gained both a beautiful visual effect, as well as a guarantee of maintaining constant appropriate humidity, heat, and no fungal efflorescence in the building.

The ventilation gap between the slab and the insulation means that in the summer the building does not heat up and the excess heat accumulated on the slab surface is sown in the ventilation gap. In the winter, on the same principle, the cold does not affect the building directly but only the slab surface. Maintaining a constant temperature throughout the year reduces the accumulation of moisture in the building and the formation of fungi. All these important aspects are possible only when the entire elevation is made as ventilated, not just its fragments. Equitone Tectiva slabs on the walls of the building are a collection of facings closest in appearance to natural concrete. The slabs have slight changes in shade on the surface, they react with a delicate change of color when the humidity outside changes. Thanks to this, the elevation is still alive and can be discovered again and again. Black Natura slabs at the entrance to the building, clearly separate the main zone of the building.
