Equitone Alucobond

ventilated facades

Scope: preparation of assembly project, supply of materials, assembly

The dental office building was constructed using a combination of two façade techniques: a ventilated façade made of Equitone Tectiva TE 20 boards in light grey, Pictura PA041 in black, and a BSO façade in white.

The whole creates a transparent body with a slightly raw and expressive character, which cannot be ignored. The elevation panels have been arranged in an unusual, uneven way, which additionally draws the recipient’s attention. The Tectiva panel collection consists of panels with a natural appearance, imitating naturally drying concrete. On their surface, there are intentional slight discolorations, unevenly distributed color. For a strong contrast, the second panels used on the building are panels from the Pictura collection. These are surface-painted panels with an absolutely repeatable surface and color.

All these architectural treatments, strong colours and contrasts, and at the same time a coherent shape of the whole create an interesting building that can serve as an inspiration for other projects.

The page about the dental office building in Siedlce on the M3ziolek.pl website presents a detailed description of the project, in which M3ziolek was responsible for the execution of the assembly project of the ventilated facade, the supply of materials and the assembly. The project included approximately 400 m² of ventilated facade, made of Equitone Tectiva TE 20 boards in light gray and Pictura PA041 in black. Equitone Tectiva boards are known for their durability and resistance to weather conditions, which makes them an ideal choice for external facades. They have a natural, matte surface, which gives the building a modern and elegant look. Pictura PA041 boards are characterized by a smooth, uniform surface, which is easy to keep clean and resistant to scratches. Additionally, the BSO (Seamless Insulation System) facade was used in white, which creates a transparent body with a slightly raw and expressive character. BSO is a system that provides excellent thermal insulation, which helps reduce the heating and cooling costs of the building. The facade panels were arranged in an unusual, uneven manner, which additionally attracts the attention of the recipient. This arrangement of panels gives the building a unique look and emphasizes its modern character. The company M3ziolek, specializing in the installation of ventilated facades, did a great job here, creating modern facades that not only look attractive, but are also durable and easy to maintain. This project shows how an innovative approach to the installation of ventilated facades can bring impressive results.
