Equitone cement-fiber external boards. Office building in Zabierzów

The ventilated facade on a single-family house was made by the company m3ziolek eleacje wentylowane, specializing in the professional installation of cladding made of various materials. Equitone 8 mm thick, beige fiber-cement boards were used to make the facade. These boards are made of cement, minerals, cellulose fibers and fillers, which gives them high durability, resistance to weather conditions, fire resistance and ease of processing. Equitone boards have a smooth surface and create a compact structure on the roof or facade surface. These boards are available in various shapes, colors and surface finishes. For mounting EQUITONE boards   The SIKA TackPanel invisible bonding system was used for the steel substructure. This system consists of the following elements: primer, pre-bonding tape and façade adhesive. Invisible bonding allows for the aesthetic appearance of the façade without visible screws, rivets or other connecting elements. The SIKA TackPanel system also ensures fast and reliable bonding of the adhesive, regardless of the thickness of the joint. However, invisible bonding requires appropriate surface preparation, appropriate temperature and air humidity, and compliance with safety regulations. The assembly of the façade in the adhesive system may only be performed by trained assembly teams with a certificate of completion of training performed by a SIKA representative. A ventilated façade made of EQUITONE panels and the SIKA TackPanel system has many advantages, such as:
