Community centre in Michałowice Equitone records from the Tectiva collection
Community centre in Michałowice, Tectiva collection
The ventilated elevation on the building of the Michałowice Community Centre was made of Equitone board from the Tectiva collection. The installation was carried out in an invisible system using adhesives dedicated to ventilated elevations.
The elevation is made of Tectiva boards that look like naturally drying concrete, with visible, intentional discolorations, craters, or uneven colors. It looks great in combination with natural wood in the arcade finial. The public utility building dedicated to the city community center looks very modern, and at the same time is very practical in its form. Tectiva boards work great during use, they are easy to clean from any dirt that may have occurred.
The community centre in Michałowice is an excellent example of modern architecture that combines aesthetics with functionality. Equitone panels from the Tectiva collection, used to make the façade, are characterised by the unique appearance of naturally drying concrete. Visible discolourations and colour irregularities give the building a raw, yet elegant look. The ventilated façade system, mounted on adhesives dedicated to this type of construction, ensures durability and resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the use of Tectiva panels, the façade of the community centre is not only aesthetic, but also easy to keep clean. This is particularly important in the case of public buildings, where high hygiene is required. Natural wood used to top the arcade blends in perfectly with the raw appearance of the panels, creating a harmonious whole. The community centre building in Michałowice is an example of how modern materials can be used to create community-friendly spaces. Equitone Tectiva panels are not only durable, but also ecological, which is in line with the trend of sustainable construction. Thanks to them, the community centre has gained a modern look, which at the same time refers to natural materials. This project shows that aesthetics and functionality can go hand in hand. Tectiva boards are resistant to mechanical damage and weather conditions, which ensures the longevity of the facade. Additionally, their installation in an invisible system with adhesives makes the facade look uniform and aesthetic. The community centre in Michałowice is a place that, thanks to modern architectural solutions, becomes the centre of social life. Equitone Tectiva boards contribute to the creation of a space that is both beautiful and practical.
