Equitone Tectiva Office and residential building in Nowy Dwór, ul. Sukienna

Scope of our work: preparation of the assembly project for ventilated facades, delivery of a complete set of materials, assembly.

The elevation on the residential and office building in Nowy Dwór was made of Equitone Tectiva collection fibre cement boards. The board was mounted to the substructure using powder-coated rivets in a colour matching the cladding.

The use of ventilated facades on the building made the building stand out beautifully against the rest of the buildings in the area, it looks very neat, clean, aesthetic and fashionable. Downpipes from the roofs of each bay window were hidden under the fiber-cement boards, which allowed to maintain a clean and transparent body of the building.
