Trespa HPL Equitone Housing Estate Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw

A housing estate in the nearby Wola district with a friendly character and a high standard of apartments. Inside the building there is a huge atrium for residents, with a playground for children and developed greenery. External and internal walls finished with Equitone – Euronit Natura PRO ventilated cladding. These panels are not only an aesthetic finish to the facade, but also a practical construction of walls that are durable during the use of the building. Panels from the Natura PRO collection are completely resistant to graffiti and fully washable. This guarantees that the building’s facade will not be damaged and will be a beautiful showcase of the estate for years to come. In addition, a yellow HPL Trespa board was used in the atrium, which serves as a marking for the entrances to the building. The letters A, B, C, D were milled into the subsequent boards, indicating the staircase number. This created an element that is both aesthetic and practical. Both ideas from the execution of the facade were also introduced by the architects to the interiors, to the staircases. And so both Equitone and HPL boards are incorporated between internal mirrors, mailboxes, etc.
