In this case, the ventilated façade was made of Cembrit boards in white and concrete color. The boards were glued to the aluminum structure using the Sika Tack Panel polyurethane façade adhesive system.

Construction of a ventilated façade using Cembrit Swisspearl boards
A ventilated facade is a facade system that consists of two layers: an external layer containing sintered quartz facade panels, and an internal layer containing thermal insulation. Between these layers there is a ventilation gap that provides ventilation of the facade and prevents moisture from accumulating.
In this case, the ventilated façade was made of Cembrit fibre-concrete boards. Cembrit boards are made of cellulose and cement fibres, making them resistant to atmospheric factors such as frost, rain and UV radiation. Cembrit boards are available in a wide range of colours, including white, concrete and wood-effect colours.
Cembrit boards were glued to the aluminum structure using the Sika Tack Panel polyurethane facade adhesive system. The Sika Tack Panel adhesive is weather-resistant and ensures a permanent connection of the boards to the structure.

- Preparation of the substrate
The first step was to prepare the substrate on which the panels were to be glued. The substrate should be even, dry and free from contamination. If necessary, the substrate should be leveled and cleaned.
Then, an aluminum structure was installed to which the panels were to be glued. The aluminum structure should be installed in such a way as to ensure adequate ventilation of the facade.
- Gluing the facade panels
The last stage was to glue the panels to the aluminum structure. The panels were glued using Sika Tack Panel glue. The panels should be arranged in such a way that the joints between the panels are as little visible as possible.
The final effect
