Józefów Trespa HPL riveted facade panel
Realization of a ventilated façade made of Trespa HPL panels on the construction site in Józefów.
The facade is made of Trespa HPL board fastened with rivets.
During the execution of this modern wood-like facade, Trespa HPL facade panels and Trespa HPL facade panels in grey were used. The facade is mechanically attached with rivets, and as you can see in the photos, they are perfectly matched to the colour of the panels and seem invisible from a distance exceeding 1 m. Grey facade panels in grey colour can create the effect of architectural concrete. An additional effect was achieved by cutting grey Trespa panels cut into elements similar in format to boards.
The Willa Ksaweryn estate is another investment by Dan Bud. Dan Bud is a dynamically developing family company, originating from Mława, which builds apartments in Warsaw, Olsztyn and the surrounding area. For its work and development, Dan Bud received the prestigious Business Gazelle award in 2015. The Willa Ksaweryn estate is located in Warsaw’s Wawer district. It is surrounded by beautiful green areas, with numerous bicycle paths, providing respite from the hustle and bustle of Warsaw. In addition, the distance of only 50 m to the SKM Warszawa Miedzeszyn station allows you to reach the very center of the capital in less than 30 minutes.
Willa Ksaweryn is an ideal place for families with children who enjoy active leisure in the natural surroundings, in the vicinity of the Masovian Landscape Park. A great convenience is the proximity of schools and kindergartens and shops, including the newly built Galeria Ferio Wawer. The intimate nature of the investment is emphasized by wood-like inserts from HPL Trespa boards on the building’s facade and in the partitions of the balcony loggias.
The HPL panels used are mounted with rivets painted in the colour of the panel. An additional decorative element are the surfaces of the ventilated elevation made of Equitone – Euronit fibre-cement panels in black. The fibre-cement panels are cut into strips, mounted with rivets. The entire body of the building looks beautiful and fits perfectly into the natural surroundings.
The assembly company m3ziolek ventilated facades installed the entire ventilated facade system.
The implementation of a ventilated facade made of Trespa HPL panels in Józefów is an example of a modern approach to architecture. Trespa HPL panels, known for their durability and aesthetics, were installed on the building’s facade using a riveted system.
Thanks to this, the facade is not only durable, but also looks elegant and modern.
Trespa HPL panels are highly resistant to weather conditions, which makes them an ideal choice for building facades.
Their surface is resistant to UV radiation, which prevents color fading and ensures a long-lasting, attractive appearance.
Additionally, these panels are easy to keep clean, which is important in the case of public and residential buildings. The riveted installation system used in this project ensures solid and durable attachment of the panels to the building structure.
The rivets are powder-coated in the color of the panels, which makes them practically invisible from a distance exceeding one meter.
Thanks to this, the facade looks uniform and aesthetic, without visible fasteners. Trespa HPL panels are available in a wide range of colours and finishes, allowing you to match them to your individual needs and design preferences.
In the case of the Józefów project, grey panels were used, which give the building a modern and elegant look. Additionally, wood-like panels introduce a warm accent that blends in perfectly with the surroundings.
This project shows how modern materials can be successfully used in residential and public construction. Trespa HPL panels are not only aesthetic, but also functional and durable. Their installation in a riveted system ensures the solidity and longevity of the façade. If you are interested in similar solutions for your project, please contact us.
