The estate stands out for its elegance and unique style .  Well-chosen colours make the estate fit perfectly into the intimate character of the area.   The location of the buildings with their longer sides facing east and west will ensure maximum sunlight for the apartments..  The space on the estate will be arranged into intimate green courtyards, which will be an ideal place to relax. The designer of the estate Atal. Kuryłowicz & Associates is an architectural studio founded in 1990 by Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz (1949-2011). Today, it is one of the leading architectural firms in the country, employing nearly 80 experienced architects in offices in Warsaw and Wrocław.

Standard of external wall construction: • STRUCTURE: a) monolithic reinforced concrete elements b) silicate blocks or similar with similar parameters • INSULATION AND FINISHING: a) light-wet system method using polystyrene or mineral wool and thin-layer mineral plaster painted with silicone paint or acrylic or silicone b) three-layer, ventilated elevation using clinker bricks, with mineral wool insulation or light-wet system method using polystyrene and ceramic tiles c) HPL panels on a system substructure or wooden boards on a grid, with mineral wool or polystyrene insulation

The implementation of the ventilated facade of the Atal Marina housing estate in Warsaw is an example of a modern approach to residential architecture. The facade panels used in this investment are distinguished by their exceptional durability and aesthetics.
Thanks to advanced production technology, these panels are resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation and mechanical damage.

The latest information about the facade panels indicates their even greater resistance to mechanical damage and improved insulation properties.
Thanks to innovative production technologies, these panels are now even more ecological, which is in line with the trend of sustainable construction.
New collections of panels offer an even wider range of colors and finishes, which allows for even greater design freedom.
The riveted assembly system used in this implementation ensures solid and durable fastening of the panels to the building structure. The rivets are powder coated in the color of the panels, which makes them practically invisible from a distance exceeding one meter. Thanks to this, the facade looks uniform and aesthetic, without visible fastening elements. The facade panels are available in a wide range of colours and finishes, which allows them to be tailored to individual design needs.
In the case of the Atal Marina estate, panels in wood-like and smooth colours were used, which gives the buildings a modern and elegant look. Additionally, these panels are easy to keep clean, which is important in the case of multi-family buildings. The Atal Marina estate project shows how modern technologies can be successfully used in residential construction.
The facade panels not only emphasise the modern appearance of the buildings, but also ensure their functionality and durability.
The futuristic transition to the estate’s atrium, made of HPL panels, additionally illuminated, enhances the effect of the uniqueness of this architectural element.
