Atal marina Apartments is a modern housing estate in Białołęka by the Żerański canal. The estate stands out for its elegance and unique style . Well-chosen colours make the estate fit perfectly into the intimate character of the area. The location of the buildings with their longer sides facing east and west will ensure maximum sunlight for the apartments.. The space on the estate will be arranged into intimate green courtyards, which will be an ideal place to relax. The designer of the estate Atal. Kuryłowicz & Associates is an architectural studio founded in 1990 by Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz (1949-2011). Today, it is one of the leading architectural firms in the country, employing nearly 80 experienced architects in offices in Warsaw and Wrocław.

Standard of external wall construction: • STRUCTURE: a) monolithic reinforced concrete elements b) silicate blocks or similar with similar parameters • INSULATION AND FINISHING: a) light-wet system method using polystyrene or mineral wool and thin-layer mineral plaster painted with silicone paint or acrylic or silicone b) three-layer, ventilated elevation using clinker bricks, with mineral wool insulation or light-wet system method using polystyrene and ceramic tiles c) HPL panels on a system substructure or wooden boards on a grid, with mineral wool or polystyrene insulation
