It allows for the installation of most decorative claddings, and also serves as a support structure for other systems.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div id=\"attachment_3611\" style=\"width: 774px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3611\" class=\"left wp-image-3611 size-full\" title=\"console wido fixed aluminum construction ventilated facades\" src=\"https:\/\/m3ziolek.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/WIDO_GRIP_konsole-konatrukcja-aluminiowa-elewacja-wentylowana-1.jpg\" alt=\"wido_grip_konsole-konatrukcja-aluminiowa-elewacja-wentylowana\" width=\"764\" height=\"419\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-3611\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">ventilated facade console<\/p><\/div>\n<p>When using this system, we distinguish two methods of installation: &#8211; visible installation &#8211; riveting, used in the case of panels flat, i.e.<a href=\"https:\/\/m3ziolek.pl\/pl\/materiay\/vetisol-laminaty-hpl-wentylowane.html\">HPL<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/m3ziolek.pl\/en\/blog\/equitone-facade-fiber-cement-architectural-concrete-formerly-euronit\/\">cement-fiber boards<\/a>, composite &#8211; assembly using the invisible method &#8211; gluing. Especially for cement-fiber boards, we offer a 140 mm wide T-bar that meets the technical requirements for the assembly of these boards. The first assembly element are consoles, which we mount to the wall of the building. The standard height of the console is 60 &#8211; 230 mm.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right alignright wp-image-3612 size-full\" title=\"visual construction, aluminum mounting, ventilated facade\" src=\"https:\/\/m3ziolek.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/montaz_grip-konstrukcaj-aluminiowa-wido-fasada-wentylowana-1.jpg\" alt=\"montaz_grip-konstrukcaj-aluminiowa-wido-fasada-wentylowana\" width=\"739\" height=\"458\">The system construction<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong> is characterized by the following features: &#8211; obtaining the desired planes are achieved by adjusting the profiles in the consoles &#8211; large reach ranges &#8211; consoles of different heights &#8211; standard single and double consoles &#8211; &#8220;L&#8221; and &#8220;T&#8221; type profiles &#8211; specialist profiles &#8211; for ends, corners, etc.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>RIVETING<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"left alignleft wp-image-3613 size-full\" title=\"aluminium construction manufacturer wido ventilated facades\" src=\"https:\/\/m3ziolek.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/nitowanie-konstrukcja-aluminiowa-elewacja-wentylowana-wido-fasada-1.jpg\" alt=\"nitowanie-konstrukcja-aluminiowa-elewacja-wentylowana-wido-fasada\" width=\"694\" height=\"440\">Advantages of this assembly system:<\/strong> &#8211; it is independent of weather conditions &#8211; about the arrangement the substructure is determined by the board manufacturer&#8217;s guidelines &#8211; &#8220;T&#8221; profiles can be used in the joint axes, on which two adjacent formats can be mounted &#8211; rivets can be painted in colors similar to the board color<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aluminum substructure is the basic system used for ventilated facades.
