This is another investment by the ATAL developer. This developer with over 25 years of experience builds interesting and comfortable apartments throughout the country, finished in an unconventional way and to a high standard.<\/p>\n

The Oaza Wilan\u00f3w estate is located in the nearby Wilan\u00f3w, less than 8 km from the city center. The estate has a large internal atrium with three playgrounds, numerous green areas. However, for the active residents of the estate, volleyball, football and basketball courts and a bicycle path are to be built. For those who value peaceful relaxation, a small lake will be created.<\/p>\n

The investment was made to a high standard and in a very modern form. The building elevations are made of ceramic brick, and in the balcony loggias of wooden boards.<\/p>\n

Our scope included the execution of ceiling suspensions in the arcades – transitional arcades along the buildings and in the entrances to the staircases. Ceiling claddings made in the ventilated facade system are made of Equitone – Euronit and Cembrit fiber-cement boards. The boards contain lighting fixtures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Equitone and Cembrit fibre-cement boards used are mounted on powder-coated rivets in the colour of the cladding. The entire ceiling is insulated with 20 cm thick VentiMax Rockwool fa\u00e7ade wool. The boards are cut to the full width of the corridor, creating an interesting solution for corridors, a very aesthetic background for lighting at night and marking a beautiful line of longitudinal arcades along the building.<\/p>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\r\n
