The estate stands out for its elegance and unique style .  Well-chosen colours make the estate fit perfectly into the intimate character of the area.   The location of the buildings with their longer sides facing east and west will ensure maximum sunlight for the apartments..  The space on the estate will be arranged into intimate green courtyards, which will be an ideal place to relax. The designer of the estate Atal. Kury\u0142owicz & Associates is an architectural studio founded in 1990 by Prof. Stefan Kury\u0142owicz (1949-2011). Today, it is one of the leading architectural firms in the country, employing nearly 80 experienced architects in offices in Warsaw and Wroc\u0142aw. <\/p>\n
