Installation of flat and three-dimensional ceramics.
The installation of tiles on the substructure is carried out using stainless steel plates with visible claws. The mounting plate, mounted to the substructure, allows the installation of flat ceramics with a tile thickness of 8-13 mm. The system has middle plates and starting plates.
The mechanical method of installing facade ceramics can be used in unfavorable weather conditions. The plate for substructure is fastened with screws. The embossing of the plate in the middle is used to guide it along the axis of the “T” profile – the screw head is hidden in this space.
Installation of facade ceramics – milled ceramics The system for milled ceramics is intended for formats
milled in the thickness of the board, allows invisible installation of ceramics, the surface of the facade is smooth, no fixing points are visible. Due to climatic conditions, in Poland this system is recommended for internal applications. Ceramic tiles should be glued with reinforcing mesh.
